Art in the Pages
Sponsor Fact Sheet
What?
Art in the Pages is a public art sculpture project that will be on display during the late spring and summer of 2008. The project will transform Fairfax County and the City of Fairfax with highly visible, large scale, artist-decorated, open book statues.
Why?

- Increased awareness of the joy from public art and highlight the creativity of local artists;

- Spotlighting delight in literature and reading, anticipating three major annual mid-year county events: the Summer Reading Program, All Fairfax Reads, and Fall for the Book;
