New Century Library Fund The New Century Library Fund has been established by the Fairfax County Public Library Foundation as a community-wide effort of individuals, businesses, foundations and associations to enhance the services and resources of the Fairfax County Public Library throughout the 21st century. Donors to the New Century Library Fund are encouraged to give unrestricted gifts to the Fund as a whole in order to create a permanent endowment. You can direct your gift to one of four areas: books and materials, the virtual library, community programs or the Friends Scholarship Fund.
