Carroll C. Markley

Mr. Carroll C. Markley is the founder and currently serves as Chairman, CEO and President of Millennium Bankshares and as chairman and chief executive officer of Millennium Bank N.A. He was the founding president and chief executive office of First Patriot Bankshares Corporation and Patriot Nation Bank in Reston, Virginia from 1990 until its sale in 1997. He served as chairman and chief executive officer of United Bank in Reston, Virginia between 1997 and 1998.

Mr. Markley has over 35 years of banking experience. He holds a Masters Degree from George Washington University and a certification in Advanced Commercial Lending from the School of Banking University of Virginia
